Q1: How long is the power cord?
A: The cord is 6 feet long
Q2: can these ponds be used for a koi pond?
A: A koi pond should be larger because koi get quite large despite the size of the pond, it is recommended that a koi pond be no less than 1000 gallons in volume, the bigger the better. It also needs to have an area of the pond at least 3 feet deep, 4 - 5 may be better.
Q3: can i solar the 2 level pond?
A: The pump is not set up for a solar panel.
Q4: Does this come with the full layered waterfall as seen in the picture?
A: The fountain rock in the pond is included, but the accent rocks along the edges and pebbles in the bottom of the pond are not included.
Q5: I'd like a small fountain for our wooded lot near the beach. This is a weekend/extended stay home, so is the fountain easily drained between visits?
A:
This will depend on the installation of the fountain. There is no drain at the bottom to unplug but I would suggest that you unplug the pump and cover. You will not want to run the risk of the fountain running out of water with the pump on therefore ruining the pump.
