I wanted a subtle water feature for my patio and this fit the bill. It's quiet enough so that it doesn't interfere with conversations, but still provides a soothing backdrop.

Our landscaper designed an area outside near the front door for a water feature and we chose this one. It was much larger than I expected (we bought the 41 inch model). The motor is extremely quiet and efficient, but being outside means adding water almost daily due to evaporation. A larger resevoir would help. Also, the color in the online picture is not very accurate. The fountain in the picture looks primarily tannish but is quite green in reality. Otherwise, this item is good value for the money.

We were looking for a natural-looking fountain (no cherubs!) that would not have a basin to collect leaves and other garden debris. This fountain turned out to be just the thing. It's a good size and visible from our deck and patio but it blends in very nicely with our landscape.
