The Video was very helpful in making our decision to buy. 5 Stars from us for being just like the video. Don't over-fill it and it will run just like the video shows. We have it in an open corner of the master-bath suite with a draping-type plant on top and it looks great. Adds a warm, serene feel to this oversized bathroom and matched our earth-tone color scheme perfectly. This is a very nice looking fountain and I have it in my office. It is easy to set up and the pump is quiet. I put a plant on top that cascades down the sides. My problem with it is that I have had inconsistencies with the flow of water and where it goes. I have to turn it up high enough to get a good flow, the water starts out really fast and squirts out over the edge for a few minutes so I put a piece of paper in front of it and then the water will slow down after a few minutes and I can remove the paper. If I turn the pump down lower then it makes way too much splashing noise because the water doesn't flow enough and it splashed too loud. Also the little flow holes need to be positioned better so they can't squirt over the edge, they are inconsistent and at different angles. I have one of the holes plugged today because it is hitting the water funny and making too much splashing noise. This might be a better fountain for out doors rather than in an office.

    We placed the fountain in our entry way. It looks great. We did follow advice and placed plants on and around it to hide the electrical cords. The lighting is beautiful!

      This is a great fountain that I put in my family room. After two weeks of usage, it seems to work fine. I did have to put some river rock in the bottom where the water drains as well as some padding underneath to quiet the pump. I also had to put some rocks in the top to get it cascade evenly. Add a plant on top of it to make it stand out. I think it's probably a bit overpriced since it's merely plastic and a small pump but as long as it holds up I think it will be worth the price in the long run. I would buy from this company again.

      Service and delivery comments:

      Was delivered in one day. Completely unexpected but very thoughtful at the holiday time. I was able to set it up and enjoy it for xmas! Thank you to whomever went above and beyond for me.

              Wanted a nice fountain to get for my girlfriend to put on her outdoor patio. Worked great for the patio, and now she's going to move it indoors. It's a bit loud (the pump) to have indoors, but when guests are over and talking we don't notice any noise so it's a wonderful piece to have out.
