      Ignore the Embrace

      This statue/water fountain was a total disappointment in so many ways. It looked marvelous on the web site. On arrival, the front side is nice, coated and shiny, the back is rough and unpolished. It simply could not be viewed from all angles. The material it is made from is also not sturdy and I wonder how it would have held up outdoors.

      Second, even if we chose to use it anyway, we could not due to the condition of the item. The piece arrived broken, essentially split up the middle, so we had to call within five minutes of delivery to set up a return. When we did that we found that our packing slip had gone to someone else and we got someone else's packing slip. Of course, that is making the return more difficult and days later we are still waiting to have it picked up. Until it is picked up and back in their possession we won't have a credit, so there you are. Their problem has made our situation twice as bad.

      To add insult to injury, on one of the calls, we found out that the other person (the one who got our packing slip) also had to set up a return for their purchase because the same statue/fountain was defective when they got their delivery.

      So no, I will NOT be re-ordering this piece or recommending it to anyone.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          This product was easy to set up. I am using it in the foyer of my home. It is very pretty but, I do feel the material it is made out of feels cheap for the price. I guess I was expecting more of a stone material not heavy foam. The sound is nice no pump noise. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
