Q1: Does the kensington gardens 2-tier solar bird bath have a separate solar panel? or just one "in" the bird bath? I am confused about this.

A: The solar panel is built in to the top of the solar birdbaths in the basin area.

Q2: Do you offer replacement parts for your solar fountains?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer replacement parts. Please contact Smart Solar directly.

Q3: Do you have any solar fountains with battery backup or storage cells? I love your fountains but would like to hear the sounds when sun is down.

A: We do have them. They are called "On Demand" solar fountains.

Q4: Does this fountain come in any other color? I really need a green or bronze, not a light color. But I love the look of this fountain and that it is solar powered. Thanks!

A: Unfortunately this is only available in this finish.

Q5: How much sun per day is required to run the solar pump?

A:

The pump will only operate in direct sunlight.  If it becomes cloudy or the sun is blocked from the solar panel it will not operate.
